The icon image is valid and readable by D5, because I can load it into a TImageList component using the IDE's Image List Editor. Anybody know why icons might not load into TIcon and how to get around that? What I'm trying to do overall is to load some icons from disk and store them in a TImageList component, and those icons need to be loaded programmatically since they icons might change over time. E.g. I just parse a dir looking for .ico files and load them. Any help would be appreciated.
