Hi,

Sorry if this is a double post -- I couldn't tell if my first post went
through. Either way, this is newer information:

I'm trying to load a typical icon (16x16) using TIcon and I get an error
"Icon image is not valid." Some icons load fine, and other don't. The
icons are in fact valid, it's just the D5's TIcon component won't load
some of them. I think it might have something to do with color depth,
maybe.

Anybody know why icons might not load into TIcon and how to get around
that? What I'm trying to do overall is to load some icons from disk and
store them in a TImageList component, and those icons need to be loaded
programmatically since they icons might change over time. E.g. I just
parse a dir looking for .ico files and load them.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Mark
