Ok, after posting this to 2 other b.p.d groups, I found where the indy
crowd hangs out. He's my problem:
I'm using Indy 9 and i'm trying to create an inline
text attachment that looks similar to this
--message boundary
main body of the message is here.
--message boundary--
( I want to add the following)
--message boundary
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
Content-Disposition: inline
Here's where I want to display text and can't.
--message boundary--
TidText creates message parts above the final message boundary. I need
them after the final boundary so that whether the recipient's e-mail is
set to text or html, they can read the attachment as text.
TidAttachment creates the inline message part in the correct place
however it requires a file name. If I create a temp file and try to
attach it, it encodes and makes it an attachment. I want it readable
text. Is there a way to do this with Indy 9? (haven't been able to
download a working copy of Indy 10 in weeks). |

Hoi
The newsgroup is right, but the news server is not. You need to repost your
question on the Borland news server to make everybody see it and possibly
answer your question.
Take a look here:
