Hello.
What's main diferences between tiOPF and DePO?
I want one that is possible to run in Kylix.
Some people said to me that tiOPF is more mature
than DePO, and has more resources. One of this
is better than other?

As far as I'm aware, there isn't a Kylix version of either of them.
tiOPF has been around for a while (Peter open-sourced it nearly a year ago).
There are quite a few production systems using it now.
DePO is very new - I intend to take a look at it but haven't yet.
The sources for both are available, so feel free to do a conversion <g>. A
..net OPF would be useful, too!

Well, I've been using it since November 2001, I think. You're right -
it has flown. I just wish I'd found it years earlier.
