Reading source files, i've seen its only ported to linux (?). It's still in there: .\source\Win32\db\TConnect.pas Its not in the tool pallete. Strange thing is when i click components...install packages...datasnap..components...and no components are displayed in component list anyway, i'll check when i get home. tks guys.
