In my work, we have a website that must be upgraded to work with time zones.
The Oracle database server we use has support to time zone with a special
data type named 'timestamp with local time zone'.
When we configure the oracle session to work with time zone as GMT -3:0
(alter session set time_zone = '-3:0'), all date values are converted.
The problem is that when we use ADO this configuration is ignored. ADO
always uses the OS time zone to convert the dates.
We need to configure many Oracle connections to work with diferent time
zones in the server.
How do I have to configure it?
