Hi Ed, I saw you replied to a much earlier post w.r.t the ISDN rates.
I do not know if this still makes a difference but the charges are
actually...
$460 T.T. / month = (460/6.2)U.S / month = 74U.S. / month
Also I am just a humble employee (PABX Technician - Nortel/Mitel) of a
bigger
monolopy called TSTT. Most of the profits go to government and to
cable and wireless (49% owner).

Thank you Colin. I assumed the $460 was US dollars. The exchange rate
explains why I was so taken with the price.
That is a bit higher than the rate I am charged in the US for cable modem
but I the number of users is greater so they probably have some economies of
scale.

$460/month for partial ISDN?!!! You must be getting rich!
