In the sample-code there is something about context-menus: 4. Insert menu-items in QueryContextMenu and InvokeCommand. Where are these context-menus displayed? I compiled the demo, installed it but didn't find any context-menu - neither in the toolband nor in the HTML-Page. Where is this context-menu displayed?
