Press the Borland Help menu option and get this error. No topic-based help installed. Exception raised on first startup of a reinstall. htmlhelp.bpl The Microsoft document explorer is not installed. I am running XP. I did a search on ms website. No explorer found that I can see to install. Any ideas? Per your message following, the Document Explorer is the Help browser included with the .NET SDK, which uses HTML Help 2.0 (H20) for content. You may have to install or reinstall the .NET Framework to ensure that the Document Explorer is registered properly on your system, then install Delphi. (I know this is a pain.) Is there a reg key that I can modify to tell the stupid help system where its files are?
