Is this update cumulative ? if yes: with what ?
Where can we download this update (I have checked the registered users ...) ?

I've been told that "all JBuilder updates are cumulative." Why this is
such a carefully guarded secret is a mystery. So presumably Update 4
includes Updates 1 and 2 along with the strangely named Application
Server Update.

I don't see it yet, but when it's available you go to the JBuilder
downloads page, then click the link at the bottom for updates (evidently
a downloadable update isn't a download).

From what I found comparing the list o ffixes from Update 1 and Update 4
there is actually just 4 or 5 new fixes most of which are just bug fixes for
some specific situations.
Ofcourse I'm happy that one of these fixes will allow again the use of
incremental compilation to be used with swing desinger.

I've checked the 'registered users' area every day...
Am I just not seeing it? maybe it's not named 'update 4'....

I ran the same diff as you did and it does not seem that any of the
notorious
designer bugs were fixed. Any hope that it was fixed and just was not noted?
How accurate is borland in updating the qualitycentral database?
Just wonderling if I should keep my hopes up :-)
