I just spoke to Tim, they were down because of the power outage due to
the Ice Storm. Initial estimates were they would be without power for
8-9 days, but they actually came back up a little while ago.

Here is the notice from their website also:

We had a major ice/snow storm here on Thursday evening, and it
basically knocked out the power for a majority of the entire western NY
area, including us. The trees still have leaves on them, so the heavy
snow snapped off major portions of most large trees by midnight, and
most of the smaller trees had their entire tops snapped off. Needless
to say, the falling bits of the large trees took out power lines all
over the area. Thanks to the diligent work of the local power company
along with power workers from all over, we've managed to get power back
in just over a day (they were estimating that it might take up to 8
days). We expect the power to stay on, but there is a chance that it
could fluctuate, so the web site may be up and down over the next few
days.
