Hi there
In the about box it says that I have SC2 Build 2600. Do I have to install
upgrade 2

What product are you using? What you describe does not
sound like Delphi. Most Delphi's will leave a readme file
in the root after you apply a patch. For example, in Delphi
7 after applying Update 1, there is a file:
...\borland\delphi7\readme_upd1.txt (and rtf). This
file will tell you if the About Box version number
is altered. The About Box version does not always
change because not all patches alter the IDE.

I did it. Took the chance and installed upgrade 2.
It was a success Smile
Service pack 2 has nothing to do with the upgrade.
