My experience is that it's better to create a new project
and add the source-files manually.

There isn't any idea?
There isn't any methos to upgrade a CB 6 to 2006 version? Any tools?
I have upgraded the project, but it don't let me manege a second language.
Project->Language options is disable and I don't know how to active it.
