Hi there,

I have installed Indy 9.0. When I drop smtp mailer on my form and start it,
I do get the error, that the attribute "maxlineaction" does not exist. I
know that this has something to do with no having deinstalled the previous
version. So I searched for "Indy*.bpl" and deleted them. But what do I have
to do now? How do I compile the necessary files and what files are to be
recompiled??

Thanks,

Pascal

Which specific version of it? There are many subversions of Indy 9 floating
around.

You must do that before you install Indy 9. Indy 9 will not work properly
AT ALL if there are old files still floating around on your machine.

That is not enough. There are other files that need to be deleted as well.

Please go to Indy's website and read the Knowledge Base. There are detailed
install instructions available.
