|
|
Hi there,
I'v registerd several activeX controls in BCB5 which are already installed
on my WinXPprof.
Building the project is no problem, but when running, the application
crashes and I get the CPU-debug window.
What can I do?
Thanks in advance |

You have imported them into a package and installed
the package into the IDE so that they show up in the
tool palette?

If run outside the IDE is there any error
or exception you can catch and paste here?
Are you able to import any ActiveX control
and use it in an application? If so, what
is common to the set of controls that fail
at application startup? e.g. are they all
created in VB?

Hi Craig,
Thanks for your reaction.
I have imported the activeX control with the menu component->import activeX
control
The component shows up at the activeX pallet, and the source is in
DCLusr50.bpk
Running the exacutable outside the IDE gives the following message:
can't find entrypoint of procedue @$xp$2557posimlib_tlb@TS7ProSim in DLL of
DCLUSR5.pbl
