Hy everybody
I need to an application that realize a videoconference in D7, with a
central server that receive a resend video/audio flows. It's not important
that it'sn't free.

Hi
There are plenty of them on the market
could try Webex, Centra, eLecta Live, Elluminate or google for some more.

Recently I worked with Kakadu which is a JPEG2000 library written in
C++. I also found there a small application which creates a
jpeg2000 stream and acts as server/client. I think the API is well
documented and it is not that hard to translate it into Delphi so
pherhaps this is what you are looking for. The only drawback is that
it is a little bit expensive if not used by students or open source
projects.
