Logitec used to have an SDK that worked with builder BCB5 after some
tweaking although it'seen several years since I have used it. I can't
find it on their web site anymore and they never did oficially support
it. The last W/C I used it with was a USB QuickCam 4000 series sphere.

I have a copy that is several years old but don't know if I would get in
deep yogert if I emailed it to you. I don't remember know how the
license read.

We can discuss this off-line if you like.

Hi Bob,

You can access practically any Web camera trough DirectShow. If you
don't want to work on a DirectShow level there are number of free and
commercial products for Delphi and C++ Builder including our VideoLab -
www.mitov.com (Free for non commercial purposes.)

With best regards,
