Any suggestions as to which web hosting sites are "Delphi/C++ Builder" friendly, in that they would be able to execute Webbroker CGI EXE's and ISAPI DLL's. I haven't come across many that support these capabilities. Many limit you to PERL scripts.

Many limit you to PERL scripts.

Our business uses Nildram at http://www.nildram.com/ and they run business
accounts on NT servers, and my BCB CGI app runs fine on there, even using a
licensed Advantage Database Server (with its 2 DLL support libraries) to
access databases resident on the server's hard disk! There is obviously an
huge element of trust that you don't write an application that is going to
compromise their server, and you don't want to have calls to ShowMessage or
MessageDlg in your app anywhere, because there won't be anyone watching the
server's screen to "OK" things!

In general, you are after Windows server webspace for businesses. The Windows
bit is for BCB broker apps to run, and the business bit is so that you can
create your own directories in your webspace and run apps on their server that
do not require interpreters.

That's the information I needed. Most of the popular hosting services use Linux servers, and although they provide a CGI-BIN folder, CGI EXE's and ISPAI DLL's won't run from there.

Thanks. Seems to be very few sites that support CGI exe's and ISAPI dll's.
