I am trying to acclimate myself to BDS2006 and just noticed something
missing. In my old BCB5 you could right click on a form in the Class
Explorer and create a new method or whatever. I was nice because it would
add it to the header and create a nice function template in the cpp file.

In DBS2006 they have this "Structure" panel which is kind of like the Class
Explorer but does not have an relevant context functions. Am I missing
something or is it gone...?

It's gone Sad
It would be nice to have but it (class exporer) was a source of many
AVs in BCB5/6 and removing it made the IDE more stable. (So I for
one had forgotten about it) In fact now that I have a new PC and BCB
re-installed I have been having a lot of AVs again so I must "uninstall" it
again myself. Hopefully sonething similar will appear in BDS2007.
