Does anyone know what is SHLWAPI.DLL used for?
When running the server and ta flows back-and-forth,
"explorer.exe" uses about 8% CPU inside that DLL.

Shell Leight Weight API. If you want, I can give you a translation of my
own, although Borland seem to have one as well.
Defines a lot of useful simple routines.

Ah, I see they use the SHLWAPI translation by Marcel van Brakel. Heck,
had I known, I wouldn't have done my own.
For those who like to include C object files(*), this is the API to use
to define all of the missing C RTL routines, like strrchr(), etc. It also
contains routines for path, registry, etc.
