I need to create HTML form with several edit boxes and combo,
i need this form to look really nice and professional, with colors, fonts,
alignments etc.
What editor would you recommend? Maybe any samples?
Thank you,
Mike.

I've used both FrontPage and GoLive for this. Not at the same time, though
;)
Cheers,
Ignacio

Post this question to one of these groups:
borland.public.csharpbuilder.ide.designer
borland.public.csharpbuilder.aspdotnet.general
I am sure you will be better served there!

So why do you post to a Delphi group?? |
I answered your question as properly as I could.
The .Net tools have very good HTML editors, Vs .Net is far better than
Frontpage, just to mention an example, I haven't tries C# Builder yet.
You can use these editors to do just what you are after, you don't need
to make any .Net application at all.
When it comes to pure HTML editors, there are many many out there,
Macromedia has one that is very popular.

You can use anything . . . eg from notepad to Dreamweaver, HomeSite, Visual
Studio.NET, Mozilla Composer, etc.
I would recommend Dreamweaver (good WYSIWYG editor), HomeSite (great if you
know HTML and want lots of control at the tag level) or Mozilla Composer
(free) depending on your needs and level of experience with HTML design.
Really, for HTML there are so many choices of editors. More important than
the editor is you knowing what you want to do (and therefore being able to
make choices like use frames / dont use frames, use style sheets / don't use
style sheets, choose target browsers and platforms / try to cover all
browsers and platforms, choose target screen width in pixels / allow the
page to expand to screen size etc)

Yep, it's called Dreamweaver. You should really try it out.

Have a look at DzSoft's PHP Editor found at http://www.dzsoft.com/dzphp.htm.
Not WYSIWYG, but has it's own server built into it.
1st Page 2000 is fantastic and has won several awards. Also not WYSIWYG but
free. http://www.evrsoft.com/. I'm not sure, but I think it was developed
with Delphi.
Microsoft's FrontPage and Macromedia's Dreamweaver are both strong but for
different reasons, I use both. There are a lot of other HTML editors out
there and a lot of people swear by notepad. Mostly it's personal
preference.
Oh yes, there's also one in development on SourceForge called sitevision.
Hope this helps

I recommend my brother, a professional HTML designer. ;
Brushes don't make pretty pictures. Artists do.

If you have access to Linux on your box, try something simple like Mozilla |
Composer, then bring it into Quanta plus. Quanta will give you a bevy of
customization options, plus it contains built in PHP scripts and scripting
code completion. It is NOT WYSIWYG, by any means, that is why I suggested
using something like Mozilla Composer or even Front Page first.

I have used both Dreamweaver and VS.NET concurrently. It works out quite
nicely.

For plain HTML, I recommend the plain text editor of your choice.
Learning basic HTML is no harder than learning some of the editor tools.
