The subject line says it all.
It should have been included in the Turbo Professionals from day one.

Based on the promise in the Turbo FAQ (http://bdn.borland.com/article/33659#28IsthecommandlinecompilerincludedintheTurboExplorereditions) I bought a TD32 Pro so I could use my Developer Express subscription. This requires the missing command line compiler. So now I have TD32 Pro but I can't use it.

If the command line compiler is not available by the end of this month, I'll ask for a refund.
