Two solutions:
The first, add a manifest to your application. It only works with a
limited set of components (the ones that are not ownerdrawn). See

The second solution is to use TThemeManager see

Hello
I put such a manifest for bcb.exe and it works, the IDE
has an XP style, the tabs of the editor in particular are
more easy to see.
