Hi,

I have a word document that i am parsing, but i need to be able to detect
whether a table spans multiple pages and if so, then offset my page count by
the number of those pages. Is this possible?

Essentially i am looping through the document, page by page and then going
through the tables on those pages. If the table then spans 2 or more pages
i need my pageidx variable to be offset.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Rudy

I think if we knew why you were trying to do it, we might be able to suggest
a simple approach. There is a system info command you can call which tells
you the current page number, so you would be able to work out how many
pages.

If you're doing a table of contents, work does have this functionality. If
you're doing your own page numbering, word does have this functionality
