I am using BCB5 TClientSocket component to send information to a server. OS
is Win2K and PC is Dell Latitude D800 notebook. When I view the capture
(from the Ethereal utiltiy, running in the background), it shows that for
every call to SendBuf(), there are TWO resultant identical transfers, the
second marked as a "repeat" and usually around 20 usec after the first.
This is regardless of packet size. The packets I am sending are small
anyway (not more than 64 bytes of data).

Has anybody run across this? Note, I dont have any OnWrite() event handler
defined. Should I? Maybe Etherreal is confused. I pretty mutch send this
information via a timer event, every second or so.

Thanks.
