I'm using Windows XP Pro and if I set a Form's WindowState property to
wsmaximized, the window isn't fully maximized. I took a picture of the
window if someone wants to see..... That's really annoying...

It has to do with an invalid (for XP) combination of position and
wsMaximized. Try changing position before you maximize, and it will work.

The typical cause for this problem is using one of the centering options
for the Position property. This does not work well together with starting
the form maximized.
