I'm using BCB5>QR3 .

We want WYSWYG in our app.
The user must be able to drop a table of data (custom drawn) onto the QR
window.

Is it possible to use components larger than a single page where the 2nd
page continues with the table to be printed?

A side effect of the new page will be that on 2nd page, first some
additional textheaders must be (re)printed.

Ideas?

QR doesn't support such feature. Check SMReport Autogenerated
(http://www.scalabium.com/smr) there is a component for dataset
printing/preview/export and any wide datasets supported
